Junior Executive Association (JEA) is  the student council organization of JAPI. Members and Officers of JEA are different President of mini-companies of JA Company Program. The objective of the organization is to develop the leadership skills of its members by actively participating in various activities of JAPI in promoting entrepreneurship spirit among its members and more importantly, to take an active role in changing the quality of life of young Filipino through enterprise creation.
